  Hi! Out of nowhere my blog doesn’t work- I can’t edit, write, or see my old posts. Can you help me figure something out or fix what went wrong?

  Can you also please tell us the URL of the site you’re speaking of, and provide some more details on what exactly is not working?

  Does it make any difference if you clear your browser cache or use another browser?

  When I click the ‘write’ button, the next page says

  And when I click the ‘edit’ button on a post, next page says

  First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
