My blog http://www.msjnov.wordpress.com which was listed in the google search has disappeared from the google search results. What has gone wrong? Can anyone help me?

Google reorganizes every now and again, and it does weird things; sometimes they’re only temporary, so check again in a few hours. Make sure your blog is registered with Google Blogsearch and Google web search.

I see one post of your blog indexed by google, but not the rest.

Like rain, I see one listing for you in Google. I also see a blogspot blog, though, which seems to have the same name and similar content. If you have any duplicate posts in the two blogs, that could be one reason Google has unlisted/downgraded you.

Using the ‘www’ in your URLs like that may also be the reason as it’s incorrect. The ‘msjnov’ bit takes the place of the ‘www’ bit. To use the ‘www’ bit in addition breaks the link for something like 30% of the folks on the net as well as most search engines spiders.
