Blog displaiying incorrectly

  I’m using the Collective theme and configured my blog posts to appear on a page using the “Portfolio” setting. (See https://joehirsch.me/blog-2/.) One specific blog (see: https://joehirsch.me/2017/05/23/cubs/) looks a lot different than all the others. I can’t figure out why…what am I missing here?
  I prefer that all of the other blog posts look like the one I just referenced. How can I change them to look like this one?

  In what way or ways does the post 3 ways to build trust among your team look a lot different than Why Negative Feedback Might Be Good For You, and the others? Do you mean it looks different on the blog page than the others, or as a single post?
