Blog display problem

  Hi

  I have trouble with the way my blog is displaying. I tried clearing cache and cookies but nothing worked….i used the Motif theme and had set everything and it has been working fine since the time I started (January 2014) but only a few days back it hasnt been displaying the way it normally does…Like the background is all transparent…. and all header buttons like dashboard,stats,that normally appear at the top have all gone down to the very bottom of the blog… I asked my friend about it and she said it might be a php problem and to contact you…what should i do?
