Blog does not open.

  My blog does’not open and my internet provider answered me me that they did not limit access.
  Ping and traceroute executed normally: ping does not lose packets and tracert does 10 hops before completion.

  Any ideas?

  http://miabril.wordpress.com/ is working for me. Can you confirm that is the URL you’re having trouble with?

  Are you able to access https://wordpress.com directly?

  Do you have any local firewall or web filtering software that could be preventing your access? What about browser add-ons, do you have any installed that could be causing trouble?

  Yes, I can confirm – it’s correct URL.
  And I can access to https://wordpress.com directly too. Trouble not only with this blog, but with all third domain sites.

  Do you have any local firewall or web filtering software that could be preventing your access?

  Only antivirus system, but it have never blocked these sites before. It started approximately a week ago.

  What about browser add-ons, do you have any installed that could be causing trouble?

  I tried to open it in many browsers, no result.

  I can open blog in mobile browser, but not in desktop. I suppose it can be a connection trouble.

  This does sound like either something local to your computer or to your network.

  When you open the blog in a mobile browser, I bet you’re using a different network.

  Here are a few more basic troubleshooting things you can try:

  Clear browser cache and cookies:
  http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

  Try adding *.wordpress.com and *.wp.com to the allowed sites in your browser and in your firewall software if you have any.

  Try an alternate computer if you have one in the same location. If another computer works, then the issue is computer settings on the first one.

  Try an alternate location. If it works, the issue is with your local network.

  Could be browser privacy settings. Are you allowing the browser to accept third-party cookies from the sites you want to visit? Settings on one browser might be shared on other browsers.
