blog does not refresh

  Hi all, i have noticed that on almost all browsers (IE, FF, Chrome, Safari (on pc)) i seem to have a problem with the blog refreshing.. i write an article, it shows up promptly once it is published.. but when i go to the blog again it brings up old stuff and after several attempts are refreshing, clearing cache, deleting cookies, it will bring up the new post again.. But after a couple of days it goes back to some other or same old stuff..

  Please help.. the blog is http://shippinginsouthafrica.wordpress.com which seems to have the most problem among my other blogs, but this one is the more busier one..
