blog does not show up

My son’s new blog, http://namethatpoo.wordpress.com was started just a couple days ago and when we try to search for it on wordpress, it says that there is no blog by the username ‘namethatpoo’ Is there some step that we need to take to activate as public? I checked the privacy settings and it is set to be viewable by the public.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes it’s public alright, but it’s very new: it takes days or weeks before search engines find a new blog.

its not that its not showing up on search engines, it doesn’t show up on wordpress search when i try to search for it on wordpress, that’s my concern
