Blog does not show up in global tags reader.

  My blog does not show up in global tags reader. I have looked at the list of possible reasons here http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/ ( Too many categories / Blog is private / Blog is mature / Improper tags / Blog is new / Blog is not in English ), and none of these is the case for my blog.
