Blog doesn't open on some devices

    My friend in America was trying to open my blog, but it doesn’t seem to work. The messages that are showing instead: The link isn’t working, Can’t open the page and the page you requested cannot be displayed right now. It happened only to couple of my friends and for others the same link works. How can I fix it?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    We need to know details re: your friend’s operating system and browser version. We cannot answer without them.

    Please provide this specific info:
    (a) Exactly what kind of device your friend is using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
    (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) your friend is using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/
    (c) Exactly what your friend is experienced including exactly what any error reports you receive state.
    (d) Screenshots can be helpful. Your friend can use http://snag.gy/ or http://cloudup.com to share screenshots and link to them here so Staff can examine theme

    If your friend’s have wordpress.COM accounts please ask them to login in a communicate with Staff in this thread after they provide the specifics I posted above.
