Blog doesn't publish immediately

  Why doesn’t my blog get updated immediately even though I have it on the “Publish blog immediately setting? When I go to posts for my latest post it says post scheduled for 2015/4/4 9:22:45pm. I put the settings to “Publish immediately” so that I can publish my blog at that time. Why is the system going to publish my post at 9:22 pm?
