  Hi there,

  I would like to buy a domain however the name I click on is not the one I end up seeing at the checkout.

  After clicking on the relevant upgrade package, the next page asks for my details and in the top left corner is my ‘chosen’ domain which I am about to purchase.

  Each time it is not the one I have clicked on.

  The domain I would like is nigellaeatseverything.com, however, it gives me ‘nigellaeatseverythingcom.wordpress.com’ or ‘nigellaeatseverythingdotcom.wordpress.com’.

  I would like to buy an upgrade so I don’t have ‘…wordpress.com’ in the domain. I would also prefer not to have ‘dotcom’ in the title!

  How do I go about solving this?

  You have to add a plan. Did you do that?
