Blog & domain name change

Can I change both my blog name http://www.everybookinthebook.wordpress.com and my domain name hpbc-deeperroots.com to something else? I would like to preserve the contents found on the blog yet change names. I’ve been reading the forums and I’m just not sure what it’s telling me to do and how to do it.

The free address you can change using the instructions here:
However, custom domains are registered for a year at a time and cannot be edited. If you want a different custom domain for your site, you need to register a new domain and set it as the primary domain on your site. Then you can either cancel the current domain or leave it to expire.
