  My account was just charged 82.00 for a wordpress blog called realness.blog that is either inactive or I’ve never used. Please tell me how to get my money back. I have no plans on using this domain/blog.

  Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site. Get in touch while logged in as the upgraded account, and we’ll get this sorted out.
