Blog down, what to do?

I am one of the authors of thexboxdomain.net. As of this moment and at least 5 hours now as far as I know, our blog is inaccessible on the back end to us or front end to our readers. What is it that we are to do about this major problem as our readers are wondering what is going on as much as we are. Any help would be much appreciated.

I’m assuming from that url that it’s a wp.com blog with domain mapping. Have you checked with your domain provider that there aren’t any problems at their end? What’s the wp.com url that it maps to?

Okay, thanks. You’ll need to contact staff about that. Support isn’t open this week but there are some staff around the forums. Or you could email them. I think it’s support at wordpress dot com

It bounced me to the WP.com main page, which usually happens if a blog is set to private. None of your administrators did that, did they? Have you tried logging in at http://wordpress.com and then checking from your dashboard to see if you can get to it? You might also try http://thrillskilla.wordpress.com/wp-admin to log in. Let us know if either of those work.

Yeah, check your Admin => Options => Privacy and see if the blog is setup as private right now.
