Blog entry in reader is not using featured image

  Hi,

  I put a small image at the bottom of my posts to promote my books. But this is not the image I want to have posted in the reader. Problem is no matter what I do, reader is posting with this book image. It refuses to use either an image I put at the beginning of the article or the featured image. Is there no way to tell the reader, ‘Hey, THIS freaking picture! This one, right here!’
