Blog Entry Theft

  I am new to the blogosphere and have a wordpress blog that I am having problems with. On two occasions I have found my blog entries featured on another blog site that seems to be selecting random entries from different places and posting them there. In the first instance I wasn’t that bothered but this time round the post that was used includes a photo of me and is listed under erotica!!!! HELP!!!! What is happening and how can I stop it? Also, in both instances the word “pingback” was used. What is this? Help!
