Blog Error Message

I have a blog and it is tied into my website so that when I add posts it checks hourly to pull the new posts over. I went on the site today and am getting the follow message ‘Unable to load posts. In order to load the blogs posts the blog author must turn on XML RPC. For more information please visit this link’ The link really doesnt seem to answer the question. Things were fine within the past 24 hours. How do I fix this?
