Blog errors

    Every time I am writing a post and trying to publish my page just says error loading, even when I try and save a draft! I have restarted my computer several times, logged in and out of wordpress, re-installed the software and everything and I don’t know what to do! I am meant to be doing 2 blog posts for brands by Sunday and I am not able to do a post! I have re-written the same post several times and it keeps happening to me. It either just starts to load and doesn’t load at all, or I get a page saying Safari can’t connect to the server even though I have good internet and everything else on my internet works :( Please help!

    re-installed the software

    Hi there, is the site at toularose.wordpress.com the site you need help with? There is no user-generated content there, nor do we need to install any software in order to create a site and post.

    If by chance you are talking about a site using the standalone WP (org) software, you’ll want to post at the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on that page.

    Standalone WP and WordPressdotcom are different entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you are referring to a site hosted here on WordPressdotcom, please give us the site address.

    Howdy –

    Please share the exact URL or site address that you need help with. It does sound like you’re having issues with your internet connection.

    Have you already done a speed test to confirm? You can run one through speedtest.net. Please share the results.

    Does the issue persist if you try from a different internet connection all together? Like form work, school, home, or a friends?
