  Hello, I am not sure if I missed a renewal for my blog…I can’t access it anymore

  We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Hi lipiwisdom,

  I’ve checked your account and the upgrades for lipiwisdom.blog and livingclunky.com both expired several months ago. It was possible renew these domains for several weeks after they expired but this is no longer possible due to the length of time that has passed.

  They have been released back into the pool of available domains on a first come, first served basis and are currently available. If you wish to use either one again, I recommend registering them as soon as you can:

  Register a New Domain

  The plans which included these domains also expired so you will need to purchase new ones.

  Just to add — we sent several renewal reminders to the email address on your Account Settings page. It would be worth checking that information is up to date if you didn’t receive them.
