Blog export not working?

  Hi,

  We’re switching over to WordPress.org and want to export our blog settings, however when I go through the process as outlined in the help file (Export blog, export all), it times out and then comes up with an error page. I’ve tried on two different computers as has another author on the blog so must be a wordpress fault rather than a connection fault my end.

  Could you explain how we can resolve this please?

  Hi Becca, I’ve asked our developers to help generate your export file as there seems to be a technical issue preventing it from being created in the regular way. I’ll keep you posted here – thanks for your patience!

  Hi Becca,

  I’ve taken a look at your site and resolved the issue that was stopping you from generating the export file.

  You can now generate the file yourself :)
