Blog Featured Images Not Showing Up

  I’m using Zerif Lite. For the blog page, the Featured Images aren’t appearing. All the blog posts have featured images. I’ve done some research. The tips all say to create a blog page then change the template to Blog. A blog template isn’t available for me. I can’t figure out why the images aren’t showing up.   If the blog you need help with is https://www.metrostaffing.org, it is a self-hosted WordPress.org. These forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com.
