  How do I see who has placed my blog in their blog roll or who is just following my blog. also What’s a pingback?

  There is no such thing as Following a blog at WP.com, so that’s one question down.

  You can see who has blogrolled you by looking at your Incoming Links or looking your blog up on Technorati.com.
