blog follower closed

  I’ve noticed that there are some bloggers that follow me, but their blog “is no longer available”. What’s happen? The blogger is following or not? If not, is it possible delete the subscription? If yes, is it possible to show the wordpress user and not the blog?

  Blogger can delete their blogs and they can still follow and read other blogs. No it is not possible to delete a subscriber form a Public blog. Even if you could that would not prevent anyone with internet access from subscribing to a Public blog in a feedreader of their choice.

  I agree with you, I can’t prevent someone to follow my blog.

  I do not want to delete the followers. If the blog is closed, I think it is better to show in the list of follower the wordpress user and not the name of blog.

  But it is not so important. Thank you for your attention.
