Blog follower is logged in, but still can't comment

  I’ll have to show you a screen shot, but, briefly, a follower of our blog who successfully logged in sitll isn’t able to comment. When she tries, it says: sorry, but you have to be logged in to comment. She sent me a screen shot which shows that she was definitely logged in at the time.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To me, that sounds like a cookie issue. Perhaps have her log out, clear cookies, and log back in again.

  Or, try a different browser.
