Blog followers

So what can I do if someone decides to follow my blog, and I don’t want that person to do so? Is there some way that I have access to remove their following request? Is there some way I can block him? Can you do that for me?
I really can’t stand this guy, and I don’t want him following my blog.
Please advise.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I can totally understand that situation.
however, if a blog is public, there is no way to block a specific follower. It really woudn’t do much good anyway as they could always just register a new account or follow via RSS or just check obsessively (you know how some of these people are).
The only way to stop someone from following you, i.e. subscribing, is to make your blog Private and then invite only users you choose. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
However, you do have total control over who can post a comment on your site and that includes holding all comments for moderation and if need be, deletion. See here http://en.support.wordpress.com/who-can-comment/ and here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#before-a-comment-appears.
Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.

That isn’t quite what I was asking you for. I was asking if there was a way that I can remove this person’s email address from the list of “followers” of my blog. Once it has been removed, then I can prevent him from re-attaching by blocking his ability to comment in the future.
I spent 40 years as an Information Technology professional. I cannot believe that there is absolutely no way that his email address cannot be removed from my list of followers. If you are unable to help me to do this, perhaps someone further up the food chain can.
Please inquire with your supervisors as to how this email address can be removed from my list of followers.
Of course, if WordPress has simply dumped me into some useless forum in which you turn out to be a non-WordPress Support technician who just enjoys putting up not-terribly-helpful opinions onto message boards, as opposed to someone who actually knows what they are talking about, then feel free to move on to the next poor sap who has an issue with their blog that they will never get any help with.
Is that “positive and productive” enough for you?
Thank you.

That clarifies the question a bit more.
Using the instructions here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-moderation
You can require approval for or auto-blacklist comments from specific people based on email or name or URL.
But as I said before, you cannot block someone from following you if you have your site set to be publicly viewable. While it would be technically possible to program such a thing, it wouldn’t be very useful as there would be no way to stop them from using your site’s RSS feed to follow it, manually checking for new posts every day or simply signing up for another account to use for following.
I have sent an email to your registered email account with some additional information.
