Blog Followers – how to transfer.

  I am in the process of moving my wordpress blog to another host and am wondering what I need to do about blog followers. I understand that it is different for those that follow through the wordpress reader and those that follow via e mail?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  When you’re ready, you can transfer your blog followers by following the steps in this guide: Moving Your Subscribers

  As mentioned in that guide, your email followers will keep receiving email updates as usual, but your WordPress.com followers will only see the updates in the WordPress.com Reader. They’ll need to subscribe via email on your new site if they’d like to get email updates.
