blog followers transfer form .com to .org blog?

  I would like to request you transfer my subscribers from .com blog to self hosted .org blog via jetpack, which is installed and running

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please specify a link to the wp.org site you want the subscribers to be transferred to.

  Subscribe so you will know when there is a response.

  feedingmrpicky.wordpress.com is where my followers are and I want them transferred to feedingmrpicky.com
