Blog followers/subscribers

  I recently changed my site to a self hosted wordpress site but I have seemed to have lost my subscribers and followers along the way. Is it possible to get staff to help me with this transfer. My website is: callmemimi.com

  Please take a look at this page:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/

  Then install and activate Jetpack on your self-hosted site. Be sure to connect it to WordPress.com.

  A staff member will then help you move your subscribers.

  It would also be helpful to know your WordPress.com subdomain (if you have multiple sites).
