  Hi barzalaw,

  If you’re looking to host a blog on GoDaddy, you’ll need to install the WordPress.org software.

  If, on the other hand, you’re looking to link your WordPress.com blog to your GoDaddy address, you’ll need to map your domain by following the instructions here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
