Blog format suddenly gone kerflooey

  Hi! My blog is at http://www.restorativepractice.org/blog. It’s using the “X-Mark” theme and all has been well until suddenly. Today, the display is wack. On my screen, in both IE and Firefox 2.0, the 2nd sidebar is crashing into the first sidebar with most of the sidebar showing up down at the very bottom of the page on the far left. I have two questions.

  1) Wha’ happen? I hadn’t updated this blog in several days; how come it suddenly caught a format problem?

  2) How can I fix this?

  I’m a rank beginner at this. Don’t know much about CSS, etc., so if you can help me out, I’ll be super grateful.
