blog function doesn't work. posts en preview result in 'page not found'

  I have wordpress installed on my website.
  Activated the blog function in the dashboard.
  Now two things happen that go wrong
  1. the preview doesn’t show the post, but ‘page not found.’
  2. After ‘publish’ the permalink doesn’t open the new post and says ‘page not found.’

  Thanks for any help, if possible
