Hi there,
If you have deleted your site in error and it’s still in the 30 days window, it can be restored. I am adding “modlook” tag so that a staff can take a look and provide you the resolution.
You can check more about deleting site at:

Hi staff-arya, thanks for the help. I’m creating another account because apparently my previous account and my site was suspended due to violating their terms of service (I think cancelling my site’s upgrade plan caused this? I’m not sure but I can’t think of other possible reason), hence my previous account can’t even make another post in the forum support. I had tried to submit a complaint form and sent it to wordpress, and I explained my situation carefully.
Thankfully I can still export the content of my suspended site through the dashboard’s export tools as an xml file. It’s going to be a real pain if I have to make another site and re-posted my old posts by selectively editing this messy formatted xml file. So I hope wordpress would restore my site.
Anyway, thanks for the reply.
