What does this mean if anything?

Ah, I see it now. I don’t know what that is. Apparently, that’s a site that catalogues domains that have been squatted on:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zone-HBut note that the listing for your domain says 2008, which is before you registered it. Domains expire and are released back onto the open market, which means that multiple people can own the same domain over time. Sometimes when a domain expires, spammers jump on it and set up a scraped site with the content that was previously on the domain.
This might have happened to someone who owned your domain in 2008.
