blog has changed position on the page. Can't edit draft. No scroll-down bar.

The scroll down bar has suddenly disappeared from the blog draft I am working on. This happened yesterday. It’s as if the blog has shifted on the page and is off-balance. I can’t work on this draft anymore.
Other changes are also apparent (as of yesterday): such as, the way the list of all my blogs looks. So something has happened to my blog. Please help!
