Add topic to favorites
How do i add an image behind my blog name on the penscratch theme? When i upload my header image it goes below the blog title

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can create a header image of the correct dimensions with your text on it and upload it at > Appearance > Header
Images should be at least 937 pixels wide. Suggested width is 937 pixels. Suggested height is 300 pixels.

Hello timethief,

I did as you suggested but my problem is the header goes under the main menu and the title space doesn’t change. What I want is to remove or replace the original title with the image i want to use as a header. do you have any suggestions?

craftsmanchicdesigns, instead of a header, you might want to try the site logo option instead. To try it, go to Appearance > Customize > Site Title and uncheck the “Display Header Text” option and use the “Add Logo” button to add an image there.

I’d never heard of the site logo option. Tried to follow your instructions, but found no “Add Logo” button at Customize > Site Title. Is this option only available on certain themes? If so, which?

Only some themes have a site logo feature. Go to http://ethome.wordpress.com
and use the feature filter please.

On the Unauthorize page attached to my account page. I misread the time of auxclass’s comment. Thought it was fresh instead of an hour old. Otherwise I wouldn’t have bumped it again.

I’ve been blogging for several years, but I’m still a relative beginner regarding WP forums, still learning the rules and etiquette.

Have seen some egregious misuse of the forum by others in the last couple of days which have passed without comment. Strong, unprovoked ridicule and the like.
