My address is: http://becki101.wordpress.com/ I went to ‘getting started’ and still can’t figure out how to create my blog the way I want it. And what are multiple threads? I don’t understand how to use the widgets, like the category one. I have it up on my right side bar, but how do you put something in it? And what about that picture one? I had that up, but it uses pictures from that site, and I want to use my own pictures. And how do you put things on the left side of your blog? And add cool things in reference to my blog. I’m sorry you guys, I’m just at a lost here. I wish I had a techno friendly brain, but I don’t; however, I’m willing to learn.

“How do you put things on the left side of your blog?”
If you mean the column where “Hello World” is, that’s for your posts. You write and publish new posts in (dashboard sidebar:) Posts > Add New. If you mean to the left of that, you don’t: it’s just a background.

You don’t put anything directly in it: it displays the categories your posts are filed under. Categories should be the main subgroups of your posts. Once you create a new post, you must assign it to a suitable category (either a new one or an already existing one).
