Blog Help Needed

  I just had brain cancer surgery and I need someone to be seriously helpful to me with my blog for quite some time. I will produce the posts – about 1 per month – and will rely on someone to edit them (with my oversight) and upload them to the blog. Also, I would like that person to guide me in upgrading the blog. Are there such people out there and how do I contact them? Thank you very much!

  Just as often as not my initial attempt to connect with my WordPress.com blog site via a link or by typing in the address gets me to an error page, with the great problem being that people who don’t know that fact will likely erroneously assume that my blog site is no more and thus will not try it again. How can I rectify this notable problem?
