I already have a site but when I ask any questions that lead to site it says I don’t have one. When I type in homelesschronicle.com my blog comes up. How can I get the blog to be registered so I can use wp/admin?

It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.

It looks as though your domain is parked courtesy of your host, GoDaddy – you may want to contact your them directly for a resolution.

Based on the information in your profile and on your http://roseontheroads.com site, I’m thinking the site you’re actually trying to access is https://homelesschronicle.wordpress.com, not homelesschronicle.com (which is just parked at GoDaddy) or homelesschroniclecom.wordpress.com (which is a new site with no public content at the moment).
To access the wp-admin dashboard, you just add /wp-admin to the end of your site address in your browser address bar. So if homelesschronicle.wordpress.com is the blog you’re trying to access, you just need to go to homelesschroniclecom.wordpress.com/wp-admin to access the wp-admin panel for it. If you’re logged into a WordPress.com account that has access to that blog, you’ll see the admin panel for it. (I see you’ve logged in to two different WordPress IDs here so you may have to try logging in to both — or any others you might have — before you find the one that has access.)
