  My blog is not opening in it’s usual web address: rpellanda.wordpress.com

  That site loads for me immediately. Wow! That is a very old retired theme and a blog that has not been published on since November 28, 2013.

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and the exact same associated email address that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

  I seems it was a problem with my firefox. The blog opened normally on safari.
