blog host moving

  I moved my blog : greensaladbars.wordpress.com to another self hosted address (blog-greenisbetter.com BUT still managed with WP.org.
  How can i redirect the visitors to this new URL ?

  No pluggin is allowed to be installed in WP.com…

  You can direct visitors from a WordPress.com site to another address with the Site Redirect Upgrade:
