Blog hosted elsewhere, still no plugin tab

  My blog is hosted offsite, at sweetafton23.com. I’ve installed the Polls plugin before, but I don’t remember how I did it. Now the plugin tab is gone from my admin panel.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  http://sweetafton23.com/ is NOT hosted offsite. It is domain mapped to a blog that is hosted here at wordpress.COM. Because the actual blog (regardless of the URL) is hosted here on the wordpress.COM servers, there is no plugin tab since blogs hosted here at wordpress.COM can’t have plugins.

  Are you by chance talking about adding polls to the blog from polldaddy?

  No, you may have your own domain with the domain mapped, but your blog is still a WordPress.COM blog. So, no plug-ins, no monetizing, etc.
