  I can’t really find where I can change my blog icon!I saw this wordpress support page saying to go under Settings>General and find it,but there is no such thing(?!)
  I’m so desperate to change my icon and my not finding how to do it makes me so frustrated:( Any help?

  Are you referring to a blavatar? Click the image on the top right hand corner > Settings > General at Blog Picture / Icon

  Gravatars/blavatars do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change. Do not keep uploading!

  I can’t see the word general anywhere though,am I that blind?
  And yes this is the blavatar that I want to change…
