Blog image doesn´t show and blog teaser looks weird

Hi everyone!
I decided to use a short teaser text to introduce my blogarticles. However, the formatting seems to be a bit off. Any ideas for workarounds?
Further I attached an image to the blogposts – however it wouldn´t show either. What can I do?
Which further information do you require? Thanks for your support. If you had over to my blogpage, click on the menu Irland 2020 and you will see right away what I am talking about.
