  Hi! Yesterday i started importing my tumblr blog over, but it didnt move a single thing, just kept processing. Today theres no processing either just the buttons as they were before, 0/x imported, but when i hit the import button again i get the error: You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete.
  What to do now?

  Hi evakaname,

  I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still queued. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it.

  We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please allow this to run for the next 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.

  Same Problem. I let it go for a few days. I have disconnected and reconnected the account. Still nothing.

  Hi there,

  It appears the Tumblr import on your site started running, but then failed, so I’ve reset the importer so you can try again.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re still experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted, but it could be a few days before your new import is processed.

  Please create your own thread at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/?new=1 and include a link to your site, and we can help you there. Make sure to add the tags modlook and tumblr import to your thread so we don’t miss it.

  And please do not disconnect your Tumblr account after starting an import. This is not a situation where “switching it off and back on again” will help.

  aaand stopped importing again, imported posts jumped back to 0 from 100

  It looks like that might actually have been an automated retry on our end, as it still shows a start date of the 4th.

  I’ve reset it again, but perhaps wait a few hours before restarting it, just in case there’s again an automated retry.

  I this case it might also be a good idea to disconnect your Tumblr account, both in the importer at https://evakanamehome.wordpress.com/wp-admin/admin.php?import=tumblr and by removing the WordPress connection at https://www.tumblr.com/settings/apps, and then restarting completely.

  when i restart it completely it shows the same thing as before, already processing and no numbers at the sides of /
  I disconnect completely again and wait a few hours then reconnect again.

  @evakaname, on our end it says it’s running right now. Please allow it to run for now.

  We have more advice in this thread, and will continue to update it as we work through this influx of imports.
