    I waited 24 hours and the import is still 0%.

    I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still queued and it’s going to start soon. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it. And please be patient and keep your connection from Tumblr. Do not try to cancel your import.

    We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please allow this to run for the next 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.

    I have let my import tool run well over 24 hours, with no indication of anything happening. My WordPress blog is pellix39.home.wordpress.com. Can you please advise its status and what I should be doing? Should I just let my computer run indefinitely?

    Please create your own thread at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/?new=1 and include a link to your site, and we can help you there. Make sure to add the tags modlook and tumblr import to your thread so we don’t miss it.

    It looks like the import on your site has completed – some content has been imported, and no import is currently running.

    If you’re still missing posts, please restart the import now – posts already on your WordPress.com site will be skipped by the importer. It might take a while to complete, though, as we’re still seeing a lot of new Tumblr imports being created so there’s still a backlog. Please let us know in your own thread if the new import hasn’t completed after 24 hours.

    There is no need to keep your computer on, or your browser open while an import is running. That process happens on our servers, not on your computer.
