  Hi!

  Got this message a few days ago while trying to transfer some of my earlier posts from one blog to another:

  We are sorry, but there was an error while performing your blog import to http://teachalanguage.wordpress.com
  Please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.

  Was trying to transfer posts from tatianabatanina.wordpress.com to teachalanguage.wordpress.com.

  Sorry for the trouble! I am not sure why your import failed, so I am checking with my team about that so we can get that import working for you. I’ll let you know as soon as I have an update about it. :)

  Our team was able to finish that import for you, so those posts are now on teachalanguage.wordpress.com. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

  I imported from a blog alFemminile.com mi blog following their instructions but unfortunately even after more than 24 h the importation process (wordpress.com) is not yet finished and I do not know which is the status of the importation….Is it broken or simply not yet finished?

  Hi Rachel, having the very same issues with importing posts from tatianabatanina.wordpress.com to teachalanguage.wordpress.com again.
  The import menu on teachalanguage has been “processing” for around a week now.

  Sorry for the trouble! Are you importing a different set of posts from that blog? If you’re planning on moving more content between those two blogs, it will help for our team to look at everything at once. :)

  Hi Rachel,

  no, I’m not actually planning to transfer any more content except for the package that has already stuck out there :)

  Those are the same and the only set of posts in English. After transferring I redrafted some of them, but deleted the others for some reason or other.

  Hi Tatiana,

  Thanks for explaining. I asked our team to look into the import that got stuck and help import that into your blog. That will import any posts that aren’t on teachalanguage.wordpress.com. I’ll let you know when I hear back about that. :)
