  Hi there, AFAIK it’s not possible to post from WPcom to Instagram without using a plugin and that would require upgrading your WPcom site to at least the Business plan. https://wordpress.com/support/business-plan/

  There are ways, however, you can use your Instagram photos here on your free WPcom website: https://wordpress.com/support/instagram/
