Blog is appearing as [no title] next to avatar

  Hello! I have an issue… when I see my posts on my reader it does not show my name next to my avatar. Also, when someone follows me I get an email that says so and so has followed your blog untitled. I have gone to settings and changed my title and my name and it does not fix the problem. Any ideas what it could be and how to fix this?
