Blog is blocked by an ISP because of censorship of two other blogs

  Hello, my blog is blocked by an ISP because of censorship of two other blogs. I tried to contact ISP but they aren’t going to unblock wordpress.com IP addresses.

  The internet provider has received official requirement and strict instructions (dated 10.12.2012) from the Russian public prosecutor’s office to block the following internet resources
  http://haamash.wordpress.com/ and http://jamagat.wordpress.com/

  with the following IP addresses:

  lb.wordpress.com has address 74.200.244.59
  lb.wordpress.com has address 76.74.254.123
  lb.wordpress.com has address 76.74.254.120
  lb.wordpress.com has address 72.233.69.6
  lb.wordpress.com has address 72.233.2.58
  lb.wordpress.com has address 74.200.243.251

  My blog falls into these IPs. How do I go about to change IP of the blog or contact wordpress support if they will be able to assist.

  Thanks. It’s the same ISP for my blog as well.
