    My blog disciplemakers.community needs to be renewed. How do I go about getting it renewed?

    Hi @mschuerer,

    Your site disciplemakers.community is using the self-hosted version of WordPress with BlueHost, and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :)

    I also found your domain is registered with name.com. If you want to renew domain name then contact name.com :)

    Please contact your domain provider, Name.com, for help renewing that domain, or Bluehost.com if this is regarding your site’s hosting rather than the domain.


    @arvindsinghu    , the WordPress.org forums provide support for the open source WordPress software only. They cannot help anyone with an issue regarding a domain registration or a hosting plan – only the domain or hosting provider can help with those. You can see who that is by doing a whois search for a domain.

    Furthermore, the fact that someone’s site uses the WordPress.org software does not automatically mean their domain is not registered with WordPress.com, and it’s very possible that someone can have a domain registered with us even if their site is hosted somewhere else.

    Unless you can be 100% certain that someone’s domain is not registered with us, please tag all expired domain threads for staff as we ask in our volunteer guidelines.
